Terms and Conditions

Reservation

• A reservation is final as soon as it has been confirmed by us.
• By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00 to 21:00
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM at the latest.
• Different times are only possible in consultation and subject to availability.

Cancellation

• You can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival .
• In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, the full stay may be charged.

Visitors

• Visits are permitted only after prior consultation with the landlord.
• Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.

Peace and respect

• Parties, events, and noisy gatherings are not allowed.
• We ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings and the other residents.

Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted in the entire gîte.
• If smoking outside, we request that you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

Departure

• We ask you to leave the gîte tidy.
• We take care of the final cleaning, but not the washing up; you need to take care of that yourself.
• Any damage to or missing inventory must be reported immediately.
